Not at all. We meet you where you are — whether you're coming off the couch or out of rehab. Our trainers are here to help you build strength at your own pace, safely and confidently.

It’s different. If you've completed PT or don’t need rehab-level care, personal training helps bridge the gap between therapy and long-term fitness. It's proactive, not reactive.

“Is personal training covered by insurance?”
No — personal training is not covered by insurance. However, we keep it affordable and flexible, and you’ll always know what you’re paying upfront. No surprises.

“How often do I need to come in?”
Most clients train 1–3 times per week, depending on their schedule, goals, and budget. We’ll help you find a rhythm that works — and adjust it as needed.
