These SMS Terms & Conditions ("SMS Terms") govern the text-messaging program operated by Spectrum Therapeutics of NJ ("we," "us," or "our"), a physical therapy clinic located at 601 Hamburg Turnpike, Suite 103, Wayne, NJ. By providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive text messages from us, you consent to these SMS Terms.

Program description

Spectrum Therapeutics of NJ sends appointment-related text messages to patients who request them. These are transactional messages only — for example, an appointment booking link, appointment confirmations, and appointment reminders. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages through this program.

How you opt in

Consent is collected verbally. When you call our office at (973) 689-7123, our front-desk staff or AI receptionist will ask whether you would like to receive your appointment booking link and appointment messages by text. If you verbally agree, we record your consent and mobile number for your patient record. No purchase is required, and consent to receive texts is not a condition of any service. You may also reply START to opt in.

Message frequency varies based on your appointments and requests.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

How to opt out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send you a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive text messages from us. To rejoin, reply START or call our office.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
