Physical Therapist (PT/DPT) — Full-Time, Outpatient Orthopedic — Wayne, NJ

Spectrum Therapeutics of NJ is a growing, owner-operated outpatient orthopedic clinic in Wayne, led by Dr. Rob Letizia, PT, DPT. We're hiring one full-time physical therapist — and the pitch is simple: stop making a corporate chain richer and start investing in yourself. New grads are welcome and encouraged.

The role

  • Full-time, outpatient orthopedic caseload
  • Evaluate and treat across ortho, sports, post-surgical, and vestibular cases — with mentorship along the way
  • Early-career clinicians (0–5 years) encouraged; we invest in developing you

Compensation & benefits

  • $85,000–$100,000 / year, plus a performance / caseload bonus
